Please remind your student to complete and turn in their assignments.

Also, they can always improve skills by using IXL program.

Math: 

Monday:  Daily Review: Minute math lesson 3  (we will use dry erase pockets, then place answers on computer or notebook paper)

                GCF and LCM worksheet – go over together  – word problems.

                 Discuss reviews – any questions

                Review for Chp. 1 test that will be on Tuesday.                                            

Tuesday:     Daily review: Minute math lesson 4

                     Chapter 1 Test                      

                 

Wednesday:     CHANGE OF PLANS!  TEST GRADES DID NOT LOOK AS WELL AS I’D LIKE! REVIEW AND REDO

 

Daily review:  multiplication facts drill 8s

                         Chap 2:  text pg 46 and 47:  Discuss estimating and its purpose

                         Text pg 48/49 multiplying fractions:  wording “of”

                                               paper folding 

                                               bars and circles handouts

                          Flocabulary:  finish            

Thursday: Daily review: Minute math lesson 6       

                 Chap 2:  Multiplying fractions

                 Text pg 50-51  Go over examples

                 Simplify (early)

                 Draw pics to help understand

Friday:  Daily review: multiplication drill 9s

             Use practice on pg 52-53 let students answer on dry erase boards

            Lesson 1.2  – Bigideas math – online

            IXL – complete the recommended skills plans.

                 discuss:  summarize what has happened – encouraging comprehension

                                                     Illustrate a series of pics /timeline of events happening.
